The packages say to keep refrigerated, but there was nothing in the box to keep the meat cool. The shelve life of the cured meat is between 1-2 months, so you could normally keep your box in room temperature. However, I'd keep the meat in the refrigerator.

Spagnia Chorizo Iberico
Chorizo Sausage is made from the finest Iberian pork seasoned with sweet smoked paprika and a range of the finest Spanish spices. Iberico pork is considered to be one of the finest meats in the world, made from free range pigs from the Western border of Spain and Portugal that are fed a combination of acorns and grains. Dry cured using traditional Spanish methods, chorizo sausage exudes intense flavour and a unique aroma. Chorizo’s consistency makes it perfect for eating alone or sliced in a wide range of dishes.

Venetian Prosciutto Cacciatore
A courses style of Dry Cured sausage each hand turned with added hot spices. A powerful blend of cayenne and chilly peppers gives this sausage style delight personality.

Wine Salami Merlot
This salami had no label so I don't know who makes it. I'm not exactly impressed that there is no information, but I did try it and it wasn't for me. It's not that it was bad, in fact I think it's quality salami, I just didn't like the flavour.

Calvi Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon & Maldon Sea salt Flakes (Smoked)
These are the extra products. I love EVOO and I like that it has lemon flavour. The smoked sea salt comes in a small tin and will add a bit of smokiness to any dish.

I couldn't come up with a total value, but if you like cured meats you'll enjoy this box. Each meat is very good quality and it was fun tasting them. It's a great box to give to a foodie. I would've liked to have seen more information on the featured brands, but this is a new box so I hope that is something they'll improve upon in future boxes.
