Here are the snacks we chose this month:
Banana Bread Granola
This is a new product from NatureBox, but I'm not seeing it on the site right now, possibly out of stock. Anyway, my boys love banana bread and granola, so of course they would love this! It has some raisins mixed in and while the description says it's chewy, ours were crunchy. The boys liked it at first, but they didn't finish the bag and refuse to eat it anytime I offer it to them. Guess we won't get it again.
Salt & Vinegar Veggie Chips
This is another new product and I love it! They chips are made from yucca, purple sweet potato, yellow sweet potato, and plantains and have a kick of vinegar and sprinkle of sea salt. Yum! I'll be getting this again.
Dark Cocoa Almonds
We've gotten these before, they're mostly for R. They're almonds coated in dark chocolate. He loves them!
Coffee Kettle Popcorn
I believe these are a new popcorn they added so I had to try them. I love popcorn and coffee, but how are they together? Well, not as good as I hoped for. A couple of handfuls was all I could eat and then I was just turned off. The popcorn was fine, but the coffee-caramelized flavour wasn't that great. Coffee and popcorn should remain separate in my opinion.
Lemon Almond Biscotti Bites
This is NatureBox's version of the classic Italian breakfast treat, a deliciously crunchy and dunk-worthy almond biscuit made with a kiss of lemon. I enjoy eating this with my coffee. Now those two go well together!
I love the customization with NatureBox and the ease of managing your subscription! The only thing that is disappointing is that I learned that they can't ship jerky to Canada. I don't why, but that's what they told me when I tried to order it once. Just something to keep in mind if any Canadians try to order jerky. It was great that there were a few new snacks to try this month. I'm definitely getting more Veggie Chips for next month!
