This month Nailed Kit was inspired by the warmer weather and brighter colours! The kit included two sets of decals and a bonus mini set that new subscribers get to welcome them to the club. I thought June’s decals were very fun and was excited to give them a try!

Citrus Fresh

Bonus Decals

The instructions are super easy. Basically the decals work like a temporary tattoo.
- Cut closely around the design you want to use.
- Hold the decal face down on your nail in the position you it.
- Press a wet cotton ball or cloth against the back of the decal, making sure to wet it thoroughly.
- After 15 seconds, gently remove the back paper.
- Smooth out any wrinkles with a wet finger.
- Allow the decal to dry.
- Apply two coats of clear polish over the decal to protect it.
*They recommend using decals over a light nail polish.
I love nail art and think decals are a cool idea! I kind of put off this review because, I was very undecided if I should include pictures of my nails. My nails are very short right now and I did a horrible job, but it was my first attempt so…

A few nails turned out good, but I guess when I applied the wet cloth I moved slightly and the decal went on crooked. For the Citrus Fresh decals I thought it would’ve been great to use a neon orange nail polish. It looks ok, but the yellow on the decals just blended in and you can’t see how nice the decal looks.
I think Nailed Kit is a great subscription, but I need more practice I think. A decent price and a very fun way to get creative with your nails!

Sign up by June 30th to receive these nail art goodies in July!
