Know Yourself Adventure Series is a 12-part journey that introduces a different system of the human body with each monthly delivery. Starting with the foundation of the five senses, they progressively explore the skeletal system, flex your child’s understanding of the muscular system, and help them master the nervous, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems (and more!) through compelling comics and engaging activities. Each month’s Adventure contains an issue of Time Skaters that introduces kids to a different system of the body and a different location around the world. All of Adventure One comes packed inside a pencil box designed to last, and keen eyes might notice that with Adventure Two and Three, they’ve dared to think outside the box.

By taking part in the Adventure Series, curious kids get a look inside the human body. For curious adults, here’s a peek inside what the first month’s Adventure holds:
The box has a cool design and is great for reusing.
There was a lot of information, so I'm just going to show the contents and give a brief explanation.
This shirt has the Know Yourself logo on the bottom and on the back it has an image of the spine with each vertebrae. I actually really like the style of the shirt and it looks big enough to fit me.
Time Skaters - A full-colour educational comic sized for smaller hands.
Stickers & World Map for Adventurers to pin up and track the places they learn about.
Adventure Guide with healthy recipes, science, and social experiments.
Reusable vials and other cool stuff (for doing experiments again and again) that encourage learning through play. These supplies are for creating your own Scent Box, molding putty to engage your sense of touch, and egg shaker to experiment with sound.
Know Yourself Adventure Series had a lot going on and I really like the concept! It's very educational for children and I know the boys will have fun with this. We did some of the activities in the Adventure Guide and my son loved the sight activities that had visual illusions. Ages 6-8 will most likely benefit from the guidance of an adult, while those 8+ can explore on their own if it suits them. Everything in the box was very good quality and I thought the shirt was a nice item to include. The Know Yourself team did a great job by coupling beautifully crafted visual content with uplifting and engaging storytelling to help kids learn about their bodies from the inside out. If you want your children to achieve self-literacy which helps them gain confidence, this box would be good option.
