Hustle & Grind included it because we create who we are in our habits, our beliefs, and our opinion of ourselves, out thoughts define who we are. This book is great because it's not intended as an exhaustive treatise in the much-written-upon subject of the power of thought. It's an easy read and it's small enough to carry it around with you. They paired the book with a package of field notes because it isn't enough to just think about change, you need to take notes. What negative thoughts do you have, what positive thoughts do you have, are the re-occurring and what causes them? By considering theses questions and writing down you thoughts you can keep track of your good and bad beliefs.

I really liked what this box is all about! I'm a big coffee drinker, so I love getting new coffee to try and a new mug to go with it. I think this is a unique subscription in that it's part coffee box and part self-motivational. This box definitely had me motivated and feeling encouraged, ready to take on the day! I didn't do a cost breakdown, but I feel it's definitely worth the cost.
