When it comes to energy bars I need it to taste good above anything else and I find most are not that great tasting. This one was surprisingly good. It's coated with creamy yogurt and has bright, citrusy notes. Each bar has 11g protein, 4g fibre, and 200 calories.

The total value of the Winter FitBox is $88.44. In addition to the products, there is an RYU Athlete Member Card to receive $25 off your first purchase of $50 or more, but I did not include this in the total value. Overall, this was a very good box. I thought the leggings and yoga strap were great choices for this box as well as the healthy snacks. It's nice to see another health/fitness subscription box that knows how to do it right! The Winter box is available until March 8th.
