Each month our members receive an impressive box filled with 4-6 handcrafted cured meats from top artisans. Like wine, the laborious craft of cured meats is an art form that requires the diligent pursuit of perfection through endless hours of trial and error.
Carnivore Club also offers a Snack Box that you can easily purchase or gift for 1 to 12 months. The Snack Box subscription will feature two new artisans every month and 4-6 of their premium jerky and meat sticks delivered directly from their shop.

Recurring Subscription: Subscription members pay $50/month and sign up for a 3 month minimum, and can cancel anytime once that period has passed. You will be billed immediately for your first purchase and then billed on the first of every month for all subsequent boxes. Our order processing cycle takes place starting the 1st to 31st of every month.
This month's artisan is Urbani, a third generation family owned food company specializing in Italian food with a clever twist, utilizing the history and craftsmanship of their family of cooks and creators and taking classic recipes to the next level.
Traditional old-world salami with Sicilian lemons and fennel, the wonderful tartness of the citrus mingles cheerfully with the anise flavour of the fennel, giving the meat a bright and playful profile.
Spicy Fennel Salami
This spicy Calabrese style salami is as hot as a southern Italian's temper. Using crushed cayenne and chilli peppers, the heat in this salami starts off with a kick and ends with a nice warm sensation. The fragrant crushed and dried fennel seeds sprinkled throughout add a perfect balance of flavour.
Urbani starts with magnificent rolled porkbelly pancetta, dices it, and stuffs it into a salami casing for curing. Very visually interesting when sliced - and delicious. Try it with some melted brie dip!
Ginger Teriyaki Pepperoni
This pepperoni features a hit of salty sweetness from the careful use of teriyaki. This one is especially good for use in dishes: consider dicing up and using it in a stir-fry.
Red Wine Chipotle Pepperoni
Chipotle isn't exactly Italian, but artificial boundaries like regionality mean nothing to innovators. The spicy kick of the chipotle is a clever complement to the red wine.
Amazing! I am so glad we got this month's Carnivore Club! I can honestly say that we loved every single item! The salami and pepperoni were incredibly flavourful, but if I had to pick a favourite I'm leaning towards the pepperoni. I ended using the pancetta in a hearty soup which turned out great! I highly recommend Carnivore Club if you're into discovering authentic charcuterie meats. April's Carnivore Club artisan is Charcuterie Parisienne from Quebec.
