Papua New Guinea Medium Roast (Whole Bean)

I've had the coffee for the past few days and really like it! It has distinct chocolatey tones with a crisp clean finish. It's got pretty much all the flavour notes that I like. Medium Roast brings out a coffee’s smooth body and bittersweet character. What also makes Camano Island Coffee Roasters coffee different is that it's 100% shade-grown which makes it less acidic. When coffee grows as nature intended, in the shade, it grows much slower and develops much lower concentrations of caffeine and acidity. In fact, shade grown coffee contains half the caffeine content of conventionally grown coffee.

I enjoyed the coffee very much and would love to try some of their other coffee blends. I also like the flexibility of the shipments. I think it's great that they're committed to only purchasing ethical, fair-trade coffee. It's a respectable company that provides excellent quality coffee and one you can feel good about supporting.
