This month I choose the Prime Box.

Old Mountain Square Grill Pan
$60
A good cast-iron pan is a staple in the kitchen, but I didn't have one, so that's what ultimately made me get this box. I was recently talking about buying some new cookware, so when I saw this box it was an easy decision. Old Mountian pans are heavy, durable, and versatile. The pan’s been crafted from solid cast iron, which can not only take a beating but also retains heat like a champ, whether you’re using it on the stove or sticking it under the broiler. The whole thing’s also been beautifully pre-seasoned, so you don’t have to worry about completing any complicated treatments before lighting up the stove, pouring in some oil, and leaving your steak to sizzle. The cooking surface is ridged, to elevate your meat and sear it with parallel grill marks, and the handle has been made extra-long (5.5”) to keep your mitts protected from sputtering grease. Plus, there’s also a thumb grip and assist handle for easy maneuverability. So that, in the event you need to transfer your meal to the oven, you won’t slip and cover the kitchen floor with it in the process.

Crow Canyon Oval Enamelware Platter
$10
This oval serving platter has a vintage-inspired design, featuring a clean, white surface and minimal black rim. It has a 12" diameter and serves as a stylish spot to rest meat and redistribute juices before you dig in. The durable enamel surface can go in the dishwasher, so cleanup is easy.

WMF Bistro Steak Knives
$12.50
The box includes two steak knives, but you can add more to your box if you want for an additional price. These knives are made of a dishwasher-safe, acid-resistant 18/10 stainless steel, that guarantees you a smooth slice well into the future. Each is exceptionally well-balanced and has been finished with a serrated edge along the blade that’s been applied by hand.

This month's Bespoke Post lived up to my expectations and the value is very good. These are all quality products and they are excellent additions to our kitchen. Bespoke Post boxes are always interesting and I love the variety of the themes.
