Bows & Arrows - Bella Carmona Estate (Light)
Bows & Arrows are a coffee roaster out of Victoria, British Colombia with a heavy focus on sourcing transparently. This coffee has tasting notes of cane sugar, brown butter, and green apple.
Monigram - Ojo De Agua (Medium)
The Ojo de Agua roast has a sweet praline and dried fig sweetness (the dried fig gives a fantastic mouthfeel) & finishes with cocoa nibs & chocolate. This bean is full-bodied medium roast coffee from the Nicaraguan region of San Juan Del Rio Coco. 1200m altitude, fully washed and delicious.
Detour - Gutiti Alemu (Medium-Light)
Juicy ripe orange and cherry dominate the front end of this cup and lead to a floral, peachy finish.
I'm a huge coffee lover and am really excited to try these new coffees! I was happy to see detailed information about each coffee roaster and their stories! I thought the portions are generous and if you want to buy any of the coffees online there's a 5% off code included. Also, a portion of their profits go to Coffee Kids. Coffee Kids works with organizations in coffee-farming communities throughout Latin America to create projects in the areas of education, health care, economic diversification, food security and capacity building. These efforts allow coffee farmers to reduce their dependence on the volatile coffee market and confront their communities’ most pressing needs.
