January's box is filled with snacks from the cosmopolitan city of Kobe.

Morrymama Rusks - From Morrymama, a famous snack shop in Kobe which specializes in making rusks since 2007. Included are two types of rusks: sugar and earl grey.
Kobe Pudding Cookies - Caramel cream sandwiched between two delicate Japanese pudding-flavoured langues'de chat cookies.

Cheese Pepper Puffs - Puff rice snack covered with locally produced cheese and black peppers.
Bisco - A mildly sweet cream sandwich biscuit fortified with calcium and vitamins B1, B2, and D.

Crispy Waffle Sandwich - A fragrant, maple syrup-infused, baked waffle cookie sandwich filled with maple cream.
Kobe Bouchee - Bouchee raisin cream sandwich buns made by Kobe Fugetsudo, one of the most famous premium, Japanese snack makers for over 120 years.

L'espoir - Another delicious snack from Kobe Fugetsudo, this crispy waffle cookie was released in 1976 to much fanfare.
Corn Crisps - Deep fried Hokkaido corn lightly salted with sea salt from Miyakojima.

Milk Country Candy - Candy made with all natural organic Hokkaido milk.
Mini Rice Crackers - Simple mini baked rice cracker senbei glazed with a special sweet soy sauce.

We had several favourites in this box - the Crispy Waffle Sandwich, L'espoir, and Bisco were especially good. Snakku always has an interesting mix of snacks that are unique and fun to try. It's hard to put a value on a box like this, but if Japanese snacks are your thing, then you'll surely enjoy this box!
