Memphis Dry Rib Rub
This Memphis-style dry rub is a blend of earthy, sweet, herbal and spicy. Greek influences, such as oregano and garlic, meet traditional Cajun spices like paprika and chili powder. We use this spice rub to create an acidic "wet mop" for making tangy and tender charcoal-grilled ribs.

Applewood Smoked Salt
Sea salt smoked over aged applewood gives a smoky, fruity flavor that can be used in a variety of recipes, both on and off the grill. This smoked sea salt is mild enough to pair with creamy potato salad, chicken, fish, pork or any other dish you'd want to add a hint of smokiness and makes a great finishing salt.

Triple Ice Cream Spices
The distinctively cool and citrusy characteristics of green cardamom pair with cinnamon and a slight hint of licorice flavor from freshly ground star anise. We use this triple spice blend to create homemade strawberry ice cream that tastes like summer.
