Pretty Tea is a tea company out of Montreal that I was introduced to when I got some of their tea in a subscription box many months ago. Pretty Tea is not a subscription box but from time to time they sell mystery boxes. I had missed out on the last one, so when I found out that they were available again, I scooped one up.

I was so impressed with this box that I wanted to share it with you. Since it is a mystery box, I had no idea how many teas I would get or actually like, but the box was full and it was fun to get to try many new teas!
Here's what I received:
Tea on the Beach
This taste explosion reflects all the newest trends. The glowing, ripe and slightly tangy acerola cherry is perfectly matched by the strong, summery sour cherries and ripe, dripping, sweet pineapple. A dash of lemon grass brings just the right amount of tanginess to this green tea blend. Without question an intensely fruity summer hit for some years to come... even far away from the sunny beaches.
I randomly chose this one to try first and I loved it! You can really smell the cherries, but it has a light taste. I would get this one again! Pretty Tea recommends trying it on ice.
Herbal Winter Elixir
Yeah, we know. We're so over winter too! In the meanwhile, fight your cold with this herbal blend! It will soothe and warm you up so you feel better in no time!
Next, I tried this one. This has a very minty aroma, but you can also smell the orange. I can definitely see how this would be good to drink when you're sick. I liked it, but will save it for the next time I'm coming down with something.
Rooibos Truffles Choco-Crème
A composition which is just as delicious as its name promises. A perfect combination: Melted, creamy and sweet chocolate, a dash of cream skimmed off fresh milk and light sponge cake from which the creamy truffle mass is produced. This mild black tea makes every sweet tooth forget the creamy desserts in the refrigerator and the chocolates on the table.
This sounded so good and it was! I've never tried a chocolate flavoured tea before, but now I'm a fan. I've been enjoying it at night. It's kind of like you're drinking a chocolatey snack.
White Hibiscus
This high grade Bai Mu Dan white tea has a little something tangy going on thanks to the beautiful hibiscus. It pairs perfectly with the goji berry & the delicate lychee flavour.
This is another amazing tea! I didn't think I would like it as much as I did, but it's a winner for sure! I could probably sip on this all day long.
Green Pina Colada
Eyes closed, you will be transported on a sandy beach swept by turquoise water, the summer sun warming your lightly tanned skin. A single sip of this tea with tropical flavors is enough to immerse yourself in this idyllic setting. Iced or warm, this blend is tropical perfection..
I haven't tried this one yet, but have no doubt I'll love it!
Herbal Energizer
I couldn't find this one on the website, so I assume they no longer carry it. It has ginseng, licorice, peppermint leaves, hibiscus, lemon grass, passion fruit, St. John's wort with lemon flavouring. Sounds like another tea that would be good for when you're not feeling well.
Maple Walnuts
Yes! The liquid gold from Canada has conquered the green tea. Dive into this exceptional taste experience of sweet, viscous maple syrup and crunchy walnuts. A hint of brittle adds the perfect touch to this tea.
Choco Latté
Is there really anything more to say? This blends is made with our second most favorite warm bevrage and dares to add delicious chocolate pieces in an already flamboyant tea. This is love at first sight.
Peppery Grapefruit
What do you think the kiss of a pirate from the Carribbean tastes like on stormy waters? Surely soft, slightly herb and definitely with that special something… hot! We have captured this exciting experience in the flavor composition grapefruit/pepper with a touch of gentle sweetness.
This is the tea that I've tried before and really liked. It's kind of fruity with a mild kick.
Chocolate Cream Sugar
Rock sugar is an especially large sugar crystal which is created via a very slow, long crystallisation process in which refined sugar is used. Brown rock candy received its color from the caramelization process in which caramel sticks to the sugar molecules. Try it with your tea and you will be enthused by this novelty!
I tried this in the Rooibos Truffles Choco-Crème tea. I only added 2 rocks because I didn't want it to be too sweet. It added a nice, light sweetness to the tea.

I can not say enough how much I loved this box! I'm more of an occasional tea drinker, but since getting this box I've been drinking tea daily. I love every single tea I've tried so far and the rest I'm sure I will enjoy just as much! It's excellent quality, I love the packaging and am just overall really impressed with Pretty Tea! BTW, they also have great customer service. I emailed them after placing my order because I was worried about getting certain teas and while they couldn't promise anything that did their best to cater to my tastes which I appreciated very much!
