Panty Fly – May Review

Panty Fly – May Review

I received my last Panty Fly order. I won’t go into too much detail with this review. This is a subscription service for panties. They’ve changed their subscription plan recently. I had a pre-paid subscription, but they no longer offer that. It is now just month to month. You will get 3 pairs for $9 per month.

I'm more pleased with what I received this month and these actually fit. They're from a brand called PACT and made from 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane. They're soft and comfortable. Last month was pretty boring and they were too small. You can read my review (here). I was also supposed to get a replacement set with this months panties since last months were too small. That was their policy. However, they recently changed this policy as well and you must pay $3.50 for a replacement. When I inquired about this they refused to do anything about it.

This is what I received:

I have once again encountered unprofessional customer service when I had to contact them about the credit I was to receive since they changed their subscription plan for pre-paid members. I don’t feel comfortable with recommending Panty Fly. They have a history of unprofessional conduct and if you do decide to subscribe, do it at your own risk.

Have you subscribed to Panty Fly? What has your experience been like with them?
