The box was quite large.

Tidy-Up with Cinderella by Andrea Posner-Sanchez
This was the first book I saw in the box. I let them know I have two boys ages 5 and 7, so I thought a Disney Princess book was an odd choice. I tried to keep an open mind, but my sons weren't too interested in it.

Anton and the Battle by Ole Könnecke
This is a funny, child-centred picture book about Anton and his friend Luke who fight an epic battle to be declared the strongest. It's a simple story with each child trying to one-up the other. In the end, we find they are both terrified of the exact same thing: a dog.

On My Way to the Bath by Sarah Maizes
The way to the bath is a long journey fraught with obstacles that only a young child can imagine. There are cartwheels to perform, a jungle to explore and a world to rule - all while their mother or father waits with the bath bubbles ready. In this hilarious story, the delaying tactics of one little girl are so imaginative it's a wonder she ever makes it all the way to the bath!

Trascentuals Vanilla Berry Mini Cupcake Soap
A little bonus that was in the box. This also is more for girls.

I really liked this box and my boys did enjoy the books. It's a very affordable subscription that would make a great gift for any child up to the age of 8, but I wish that you could choose boxes for girls or boys. There isn't an option for that when you sign up, but maybe if you email them you might be able to request that.
