Luxor Box Review – May 2015

I am thrilled to get my hands on the very first Luxor Box! This box had a lot of anticipation, but I think there was also some understandable scepticism since it's an expensive box and there was little info to go on, but let me say, this box did not disappoint!

Luxor Box Review – May 2015

The box did come beautifully packaged! I love the custom Luxor Box! It's thick and sturdy, great for reusing.

Red Carpet Body Glow
$49.95

I always need to use self-tanner in the summer, so I'm excited to give this product a try! It claims that it's the first ever luminous body lotion that will stay put and not transfer onto clothing. It also blurs the appearance of spots, veins, cellulite, and stretch marks.

MSC Skin Care + Home Lavender & Spearmint Lip Cream

This lip balm smells really good! It's 100% natural and super nourishing. My lips feel moisturized without feeling greasy.

MSC Skin Care + Home Vanilla Exfoliating Sugar Scrub
$33

This is a large jar of body scrub which makes it easy for scooping. The raw sugar exfoliates and removes dead skin cells, while a combination of shea butter, sunflower oil, and rice bran oil nourish fresh skin.

Mariposa Tea Light (Pearled Wavy)
$25

This is a very pretty tea light holder. It doesn't go with my decor, but it will make a great gift. I like that they included something for the home.

Chambre de Sucre Sugar Balls
$25

Oh, this is so cute and fancy! This is something I'll definitely use and I love the packaging! The brown balls are dark brown sugar for tea and coffee, but you can use the coloured ones too.

Luxor Box Review – May 2015

The debut Luxor Box had nothing but luxury and high quality, full size products! I am impressed with everything right down to the packaging! I think Luxor Box is for someone who wants an indulgent subscription box experience. You definitely get what you pay for and more! It's great for anyone who wants to treat themself or it obviously would make a fantastic gift! My favourite item would have to be the earrings, but I thought everything was great. If anyone was considering signing up to Luxor Box but resisted, you can breathe a sigh of relief (or kick yourself lol!) - nothing disappointing here! An impressive first box from Luxor Box! The next box will be in July, but there is a wait list so sign up now if you're considering subscribing. (FYI - For Canadian customers, you may be subject to custom fees since the box has over a $250 value, so be prepared to deal with that if it occurs.)
