When the zipper on my favourite pair of boots broke I was in desperate need of another pair, so I decided to give JustFab a try. Getting 50% off your first purchase is pretty enticing, so I looked to see if I could find a similar pair to the ones I had, lo and behold they had a pair!

Mariell Boots

A flat lace-up bootie with asymmetrical zip detailing and a functional zip inner. Allover faux leather.

The boots I already have are almost identical to these, except for the asymmetrical zip detail. I usually wear a 7 ½ or 8. I ordered an 8, but they were a little too big. I ended having to do an exchange for a 7 ½. They fit great and the quality is pretty good, so I’m really glad I got them! The only thing that would make them better is if they had some tread on the bottoms. I won’t be able to wear them during winter, but they're perfect for Fall.

I just want to let you guys know that if you have to do an exchange or return, to send your order back through Purolator. That is the courier JustFab uses, but when I called to go through the exchange process, I was told by not one, but two customer service agents to drop the box off at my local post office. The post office will not accept the package, it has to go back with the courier that it was sent by. This is common knowledge, so I have no idea why JustFab kept telling me to bring to the post office? I was not impressed by that misinformation!

Other than that, I’m happy with my boots and would consider ordering from Just Fab again.
