For July, Jule's Wellness did a Limited Edition Health-Conscious Snack Box that includes a box of full size health-conscious snacks.
The info card has product info on one side and on the other side, advice from their in-house Holistic Nutritionist providing helpful tips for choosing the best quality packaged snack foods. Avoid any artificial ingredients, check for natural ingredients, and do a nutrient check for a source of filling protein and fibre, vitamins, minerals, and healthy sources of fat. You gotta keep those blood sugars balanced which is essential in keeping your energy up and brain running optimally!

I wasn't expecting an all snack box this month since last month's box had a variety of lifestyle products, but I just loved it! They're all full size and healthy snack options which I love keeping my pantry full of. The value is very good and if you want to buy any of the products, you can do so at Jule's Wellness. It's really nice that Canadians have yet another option for healthy living subscription boxes! The August Jule’s Wellness Lifestyle Box theme will be 'Active Lifestyle'. I'm very curious to see what they'll do for that box!
