Haumana does not use any preservatives and the bars are 100% natural. The shelf life is three weeks on the counter and 1 month and a half in the fridge (you can freeze them if you want). The eco-friendly packaging is great and I like that they include the energy bar case in every box. As for the taste, well the boys enjoyed them very much, but I'm not into these types of bars so it wasn't for me.
