Mask of the Pharaoh (Featured Game)
In this cooperative virtual-reality and physical board game, you will build and then navigate through a maze-like path to find the treasure. Wearing the included VR mask and your mobile device, you'll find yourself deep in a mysterious pyramid in Ancient Egypt. You must quickly describe what you see while the other players use game tiles to complete the path to the riches, and win! Requires a compatible device and the Mask of the Pharaoh app. Ages 10+.

This looks like a fun game but I don't really like that it has to be paired with an app to play. I'm not really a fan of games that require another component to be played so for that reason I'm a bit disappointed by this one. I would've liked to see another game instead of this one in their first box.

Leo Goes to the Barber
Leo the Lion really needs a haircut - his mane is totally out of control! You must use your memory, match colors along the path, and guide him through the jungle so he reaches Bobo's barbershop in time. You'll need to work together in this wild-ly fun cooperative game. Ages 5+.

This game was a hit with my boys. It requires memory and team work and is age-appropriate for my 7 and 5-year-old. They quickly got the hang of this game and thoroughly enjoy it. It's a winner!

Tricky Wishes Card Game
It's a quick-play memory game where only the best three wishes for a superpower, a gift, and world harmony will win. Take turns switching, shuffling, and peeking at wish cards as you try to collect the highest-scoring set. Declare "I wish" with a winning hand to make your wildest dreams come true! Ages 8+.

We didn't really get how to play this game at first and honestly, it didn't really interest my boys so we didn't complete a full game. The game seems simple enough but we just didn't quite get it. I think we need to go over the instructions again.

Overall, we loved Hasbro Gaming Crate! We were so excited for this box! My boys and I enjoy playing board games so I'm thrilled to see such a box on the market! You get access to exclusive games that are fun for the whole family! I like that they have 2 crate options and the value is pretty great! This is just the kind of subscription box that will bring more friends and families together. You'll have new games to create memories and share lots of laughs for many years to come! Even though not all the games in this box were quite right for our family we still enjoyed it very much. I'm so glad that Hasbro now has its own subscription box! If for whatever reason, you need a break or want to cancel your subscription, you can easily do that in your online account.
