For September's box GlobeIn has partnered with Watsi, a non-profit global funding platform for medical treatments. The theme of the co-branded box is...Wellness!
"So much more than good health alone, wellness is a state of physical, mental, and social harmony. It is a brightness of energy coursing through all levels of our being. It is a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts, cultivated by infusing daily activities with a spark of intention and care.In this spirit, we’ll be donating 50% of profits from the Wellness Box to patients on Watsi."

Along with the info pamphlet, there is a $5 off gift card for Watsi.

Palm Leaf Basket (Mexico)
$12
As always, each Artisan Box comes with a basket that the products come in. I believe this is the first pink one I've received.

ABAN Blessing Bag (Ghana)
$12
This multi-purpose zip case allows you to keep your essentials together without losing them in the depths of your purse or tote. Use it for makeup, pens, or to keep those emergency band-aids, aspirin and tissues in it. The bag is made of plastic turned fabric, glass turned beads, and white cloth turned colourful batik.

One World Projects Eye Pillow (Peru)
$13
I love the design of this lavender-scented eye pillow! It's made by the Shipibo and Yeni who are only two of twelve indigenous groups in Eastern Peru that still practice the traditional craft of painting fabric with vegetable dyes. Their art-form is well known for its distinctive use of broad and thin angular geometric designs. The cotton has been dyed in mahogany bark and painted using a piece of bamboo dipped in the juice of the huito berry, a jungle fruit.

Atacora Baobab Powder (Benin)
$10
There are many reasons why the baobab tree is known in Africa as the tree of life. Its fruit is a super fruit—delicious and nutrient-dense, packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, probiotics, and calcium, just to name a few. You can add this fruit powder to smoothies, fruit, cereal, desserts, sauces, healthy baking, soups and more.

This month's GlobeIn Artisan Box has a total value of $47. I enjoyed the Wellness theme and appreciate the workmanship of the handmade products. The Baobab Powder is something I'm interested in trying and will put it in smoothies. GlobeIn has a few different coupon codes you can use, but they can not be combined so use whichever one you think would benefit you the most.
