Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Bar (Apple Cinnamon)

These make a great snack anytime of day, before or after a workout or just when that mid-day craving strikes! Each 45 gram bar contains 10 grams of plant-based protein and 10 grams of omegas.

Clean Eats Lemon Ginger Energy Bites

This chewy paleo snack has a lemony, buttery flavour that’s got just a bit of ginger for an added zing. It contains dietary fibre to help regulate your digestive tract, magnesium to keep your bones strong and anti-inflammatory compounds which help alleviate arthritis. I didn't like the way this tasted at all and couldn't finish one bite.

Enerjive Quinoa Crisps (Chocolate)

These crisps are versatile – while tasty on their own, they can also be ground for a gluten-free alternative to graham crumbs and other crumble toppings. My boys loved these! I found them a little too hard, but I liked the chocolate flavour.

Lowens Natrual Skin Care Gentle Face & Body Wash

You Sure Clean up Nice! Face & Body Wash is a high foaming cleanser that will gather even more lather should you add a bit of water into the mix as you massage it into your face and body. It will gently wash away unwanted makeup, dirt and oil and then replenish your skin with unique moisturizers derived from hemp, safflower and rosemary oils.

Seabuckthorn 3 in 1 Shampoo Bar

Due to its high content of SBT Seabuckthorn Seed and Fruit Oils this Shampoo Bar treats many different scalp conditions, including dandruff. Additional natural lathering agents in this shampoo bar allow it to be used for cleansing of the entire body. Soap may not be that exciting, but it's one of my favourite skin care products to receive and I'm curious to see how good this one will work as a shampoo.

Seabuckthorn Soothing Salve Muscle & Joint Pain

I have similar salve like this and use it often. It doesn't so much take away the pain, but it kind of gives the applied area a cooling sensation that helps the pain subside. I'm hoping this one works better than the one I currently use.

FitBox Subscription Box Review – July 2016

Also included in the box were a GolfCard Canada Golf Card ($49.95 value), a Clean Eats Coupon Code, and a Panago Free Salad Voucher that expired on June 1st. I got this box not that long ago, so it was a but disappointing getting an already expired coupon.

FitBox Subscription Box Review – July 2016

Wow, FitBox had a lot of really great products and you certainly get your money's worth! I can't tell you how awesome it is to see another Canadian subscription box that has it together! This box does healthy living right! Not to mention that all the products featured are Canadian brands. FitBox is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for healthy lifestyle subscription box!
