Nutryttiva Banana Bar

These bars are 100% natural and a great source of potassium providing real energy. This will be a welcome treat when I need a boost. This is often the case just before a hockey game and I like having something simple like a bar to sustain me.

Lifeaid Focus Aid

This reminds me of a watered down version of some other energy drinks. One exception stands out, as energy drinks go, it's good for you. Lifeaid is a company which produces premium, healthy products for people with an active lifestyle. This is supported by the ingredients which mainly consists of vitamins and more natural products like matte and ginseng. One thing that impressed me was the use of stevia and agava as sweeteners. I tried this product instead of having a coffee in the morning and I have to admit, it was a good replacement. I didn’t mind the taste and found it light and refreshing especially the light carbonation.

Love Grown Foods Fruity Sea Stars

This handy little snack cup is full of a blend of navy, lentil and garbanzo beans. It is corn free, wheat free and full of flavour and crunch.

Vitafive Vitamins Essential Pack

A daily gummy vitamin pack personalized with your name on the back of the package sent on a 4-week subscription. You can choose a health pack for many health styles like Immune, beauty, Brain or Heart to name a few. The essential pack which we received in our box contained two vitamin C gummy vitamins. It tastes like a sweet vitamin C tablet. That is the only I don’t like about these vitamins is the added glucose syrup for 1.5g of sugar per vitamin. On the bright side, if you are having a hard time getting your kids to take a vitamin, this would be the way to go. Can you imagine your 5-year-old getting their vitamins in a personalized package with their name on it and then open it to find a sweet treat?

TRUProteins NUTRA Whey

Straight up, Australian grass-fed whey. This package is coconut cream pie flavour. The ingredients are very good and all natural. It also contains a probiotic and is completely gluten-free.

Fit Snack Review + 50% Off First Month – July 2016

There is a lot of value in Fit Snack, especially when you consider all the little added bonuses. I really appreciate the little 20 min. workout cards. They are well organized and easy to integrate into your schedule. If you already have a good routine, maybe you might see an exercise you can incorporate to change things up. The quality and the value of the products is well above average and you can always count on seeing something you have not tried yet. That’s another aspect I love. Along with tried and true favourites, you get lots of new products. Let me put it this way. There are so many products that I seldom get a chance to try everything before I have my review written. I look forward to the next box.
