This is a good sleep/relaxation themed box. Luckily, I don't have trouble in that department, but I used to, so I know what it's like when you just can't get to sleep. I know others who could benefit from this box, so I'll be passing it on to a friend. I think Caring Crate is a great gift-giving box for anyone who's under the weather. Knowing that someone is thinking of them and cares, can really make a difference to that person. Next month's box theme will be "Reset Button" and will include a box of goodies designed to energize and motivate, and help beat any brain fog.
