Chalvadopita

From Syros, this is considered the second most popular traditional local product on the island. The description isn't exactly straight-forward, but it's made from honey, sugar, glucose, egg yolks, vanilla, and Greek almonds shuffling all products until it makes a white mixture. Then, they cut into small pieces by hand and placing each between two "wafers".

Mastiha

Mastic is a resin obtained from the mastic tree. Originally a sap, mastic is sun-dried into pieces of brittle, translucent resin. When chewed, the resin softens and becomes a bright white and opaque gum. Now, I love gum, but this does kind of taste like a tree. I couldn't chew it for very long.

Greek Honey

The boys love honey, so I'm sure they'll love this. Honey from Greece is considered to be some of the finest honey in the world.

Mikio

These are pretty much mini breadsticks with cheese. I found them to be very hard and not very flavourful.

Chalvas

This is a dessert bar primarily made of nut butter and sugar.

Pasteli

Sesame seed candy made of sesame seeds and honey (or sugar) pressed into a bar or ball. I used to eat something similar when I was a kid, so I'll probably like this.

Tsakiris Chips

I'm always down for trying new chips and these were pretty good! They're a half and half flavour of gyros and Greek yogurt.

I like Greek cuisine, so I'm happy that a box like GreekPack exists. I didn't come up with a value for this box, but I think he price is totally reasonable for these unique snacks. It's a fun box if you like to try snacks that aren't easily available here.
