This is my second week with Culinste and again it was a hit! You can check out what I made last week HERE. I'm really enjoying this service!

The box comes packaged to keep everything fresh and cold for up to 48 hours after your delivery arrives. So, if you're not home when it's delivered, no worries your food will be fine.

The 3 recipes we made last week are:
Steak Salad w/ Mixed Greens

Steak Salad w/ Mixed Greens Ingredients
A simple steak salad with red bell pepper and roasted garlic vinaigrette. This also came with mini-baguettes. It was very good and it's a meal I'd make again.

Black Lentil Soup w/ Wild Maitake Mushrooms

Black Lentil Soup w/ Wild Maitake Mushrooms Ingredients
I chose this meal because it sounded very healthy and quite different and it was - in a good way! It's a very hearty soup made with Beluga lentils and fennel which I've never cooked with before. Once the soup is done I added grated gouda cheese and topped with crispy maitake mushrooms - so good! For the side, there was a celery slaw.

Balsamic Chicken Breasts w/ Glazed Carrots & Roasted Blue Potatoes

Balsamic Chicken Breasts w/ Glazed Carrots & Roasted Blue Potatoes Ingredients
This didn't exactly turn out the way it looks in the recipe card, but everything tasted delicious. This is a dish I'll be making often.

It's been great trying new dishes and I absolutely love the convenience of Culiniste. I dislike grocery shopping, so I'm glad we have less to do now that we're using Culiniste! The ingredients are fresh, separated per recipe, portions are generous, and it just makes making meals that much easier. The value is very good with each meal coming in at just over $9.
