For BetterBox's first box we're going on a "Gratitude Quest" which is crafted to incrementally train your attention to gravitate toward the gifts and blessings on your life - instead of the problems. When you open the box, you'll see your VIP Quest Briefing which instructs you to visit the website and enter your email and activation code. Each day you'll receive an email with daily deeds.
The items you receive in the box, which is packaged very nicely, tells you that these are your Provisions and you're not to use them until Happi, your BetterBox Concierge instructs you to.

Gratitude Post-It Notes & Gratitude Stone
I used to carry around little trinkets in my bag that had special meaning to me, so this stone is a great reminder for me to be mindful of the things that I'm grateful for.
Hand-Crafted Appreciation Cards
These cards are so pretty! Without having done the Quest yet, I can totally see where this box is going. A simple note to let someone know you are grateful for them is very important and can have more of an impact when they see it written down.

I couldn't resist and have already eaten the cookie...Umm, can I say that I was grateful that it was there when I had a sweet craving?
The Soaking Tub Soaking Salts (Sweet Red Hibiscus) & Tea Forté Orchid Vanilla Tea
These salts smell really good! I imagine one of the deeds is to be grateful for yourself and to have some "me" time and relax in a bath.
BetterBox is not a typical subscription box, it's an experience and box and that's where the value is.
