Beef and Broccoli Chow Mein w/ Red Bell Peppers & Lime Teriyaki Sauce

Delightfully chewy chow mein noodles capture every lick of teriyaki sauce in this Chinese-inspired stir-fry. Tender beef, broccoli and bell peppers are stir-fried to perfection, while fresh lime juice adds a finishing punch.

The other meal we received but didn't take pictures of is the Chicken Roulade w/ Beets & Butternut Squash Purée, inspired by Masterchef Canada’s exquisite ‘Chicken Roulade’ recipe. It was a good meal but there were too many steps and it took longer to prepare.

Chefs Plate is an excellent and convenient meal prep subscription box that offers a variety of healthy meals and they now allow you to choose Monday, Tuesday, or Friday to have your box delivered. If you're interested in trying Chefs Plate, you can get 3 plates FREE on your first delivery using code: #3platesFromGirlMeetsBox.
